Festa is an urban strategist from Kosovo and Finland. She combines an education in sustainability and experience in participatory planning as part of her work at Gehl. In collaboration with cities and diverse organizations, she’s worked on transformative initiatives to digitize and structure public participation processes, from small scale neighborhood initiatives to citywide masterplans. At the core of Festa’s work is a dedication to projects and designs that transform physical environments and also enrich the social fabric of communities.
