Theodoros Mouriadis
Theodoros Mouriadis was born and raised in Kavala. He is the father of two children, Emmanuela, a student of the National Technical University of Athens and Zafiria, a student of the Alexandroupolis Pedagogical University.
In 1977 he finished his circular studies at the 1st High School for Boys in Kavala, passed his exams and entered the Evelpidon school, where he graduated as a Lieutenant Engineer in 1981. In 1992 he studied civil engineering at the National Technical University of Athens. In 2004 he resigned from the army and dealt with the private sector.
Six years later, he decided to get involved with the local government, accepting the proposal of the former mayor of Kavala, Kostis Simitsis. In 2011 he was appointed Deputy Mayor of Technical Services and remained in office until 2014.
In 2019 he elected Mayor of Kavala.
