Eleni is a Senior Manager in the Financial Advisory Services (FAS) practice of Deloitte Greece since 2018, specialising in the Real Estate sector and a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). She has over 12 years of experience in the field of RE consultancy and valuation, while she has worked in the past for specialised RE consultancy firms in Greece and abroad.
She provides strategic advice to clients in the areas of investment, development and management of commercial real estate properties with a focus on hospitality assets. She also performs complex real estate valuations of properties or portfolios for institutional and non-institutional clients for a number of purposes including amongst other decision marking, highest and best use, restructuring, and IFRS purposes.
