Kenny recently joined KPMG as a Partner, with responsibility for real estate advisory. He has been involved with real estate on a professional basis for about 32 years, with significant experience in real estate investment, debt, development, appraisal and management in Greece, Cyprus and the UK. He has managed a number of regulated vehicles, including the Greek branch of a German bank, and an Athens Stock Exchange listed REIC. He has personally executed numerous property sales and acquisitions and has advised a wide range of investors, financial institutions, hotel groups, loan servicers and large corporates on real estate related issues. Kenny holds a BSc in Urban Estate Management from Westminster University and has been a member of the RICS (MRICS) since 1993.
