Mrs Valia Dimou is an engineer and holds the position of Executive of the Property Sales & Servicing Division of Cerved Property Services.
Her career in the real estate sector started thirty years ago and offered her the opportunity to experience and deal with every stage of the real estate market’s development along with the growth of the real estate industry. A long and extensive career combined with integrated knowledge of the real estate fields.
Her career in the Company started in 2000, when she joined it as Eurobank Property Services the year of its foundation, as a Supervisor of Sales and Leases Department. In 2010, she was appointed as Head of the Agency Department in Greece and South-East Europe and in 2019 as Head of Asset Management Division, having under management a vast and diversified property portfolio (commercial, residential, hotels, touristic developments, etc.) and providing a wide range of services to local and international investors, both private and institutional.
Mrs. Dimou has gained a wide expertise in portfolio management, asset & property management and agency services.
She graduated as an engineer from the National Technical University of Athens and later on obtained a Post Graduate Degree in Evaluations and Real Estate.
Mrs. Dimou is a Member of RICS Hellas (MRICS).
