Ioannis is a Founding Partner at Arbitrage Real Estate, one of the leading local development management firms. Also the affiliate of Colliers International in Greece for its commercial and brokerage services.

Ioannis has more than 15 years of experience in real estate investments and capital markets advisory. He brings development and asset management expertise as well as green finance know-how. He is working closely with corporates, investors and funds to originate, underwrite and manage value add real estate investments and new developments as well as opportunities coming out from collateralized NPLs and REO portfolios. In addition, he promotes ESG compliant projects.

In the past, Ioannis was working in London for Europa Capital as an Asset Manager of its European development portfolio and for Deloitte in its Real Estate Corporate Finance team. He also worked as a Consultant for Citigroup in Rome.

Ioannis holds an MBA from ESCP Europe in Paris and an MSc in Construction Economics & Management from UCL. He studied Civil Engineering in NTUA.
