Dora is a Senior Associate with extensive experience (more than 16 years) in real estate projects. She has in-depth understanding of real estate legal issues, holding a master’s degree in the field of Civil Law, as well as substantial practical experience having been involved in numerous real estate transactions. Specifically, she has advised real estate investors (legal entities and natural persons) investing in property through M&A or asset deals (including due diligence, drafting SPAs, advice on special real estate issues etc), as well as she has involved in the negotiation of commercial lease or mixed agreements.
