Konstantinos is an MSc Civil Engineer and a Certified Real Estate Valuer. He manages the
Project Assessment and Monitoring Team, and he is the Unit Risk and Control Officer in the
Valuations & Advisory Services Division, NBG. He has served in several management roles, and he has undertaken numerous asset and property valuations for mortgage, securitization, IFRS, litigation and investment purposes. He is a Certified Mediator and a specialised RICS Mediator on real estate-related disputes. Moreover, he has launched numerous consulting and research projects regarding the real estate market. He is an active member of RICS, AVAG, the Technical Chamber of Greece (deputy head of the Scientific Asset Valuation Committee) and the Society of Property Researchers (UK). Lastly, Konstantinos is a scientific associate of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) on real estate valuation and management topics and a PhD candidate in the Department of Economics(NKUA).
