Jennie Mourousia is Chief Investment Officer of Noval Property, the 2nd largest Real Estate Investment Company in Greece with total assets of c. €600m. Noval Property is a subsidiary of Viohalco. Jennie has a solid track record in real estate advisory services to multinational companies, banking institutions and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs). Prior to her current position she has worked as a Director of the Foreign Sector of Emporiki Real Estate, and Director of the Corporate Real Estate Management Sector of the Emporiki Bank Group. She was also Head of the Real Estate Valuations Unit of Emporiki Bank and was responsible for the management of Alpha Astika Akinita subsidiaries in SE Europe and for the management of special purpose companies of the Alpha Bank Group in Romania and Bulgaria. Jennie is a certified valuer by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors – RICS as well as REV by TEGOVA. She holds an MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business National in cooperation with the Technical University of Athens, an MScs in Real Estate from Reading University and a BSc and MSc in Surveying Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. Jennie is a regular speaker in real estate panels.
